I am a qualified food scientist, worked for five years, now studying towards to complete my diploma in mining engineering.

I obtained a BCom Accounting degree from UKZN in 2017 and I am currently progressing toward a CA(SA) designation. I am a detail oriented person with excellent organisational skills and I consider myself to be versatile. My personality is such that I am able to remain calm and objective in difficult situations. Since 2014, these qualities helped me to balance my studies with working as a tutor to primary, secondary and tertiary level students. Above all else, I would say that the most important thing to know about me is that I am committed to life-long learning. My ultimate goal is to develop a multi-disciplinary knowledge base and for this reason, I am usually found with my head buried in a book. One of my core beliefs is that intelligence is not fixed - it is something that can be developed over time with enthusiasm, dedication and effort. I believe that anything that is worthwhile will usually require hard work to obtain, but that the work is worth doing.

I love maths and I get along with children. Would like to help Grade 10 and under with the sections that trouble them.

Dear Sir/ Madam My name is Mkhulisi Shezi. I am recent University of South Africa undergraduate of Bachelor of Education(Senior and FET) . I am a young vibrant, well-groomed and disciplined, enthusiastic, ambitious, and reliable male with a major interest and love for a career in the department of education. My academic knowledge accompanied by my minimal experience, I would like to believe serves as a great advantage and could be futher facilitated. My capabilities include but are not restricted to basic fieldwork, report writing, public speaking, computer skills, administration and coordination. I am also a team player with remarkable – personal relations, which collectively lead to my outstanding capability of problem solving and being very quick and efficient learner. I am an easy-going and patient somebody. I have a passion for imparting knowledge to others and i find great satisfaction knowing that i have helped a learner achieve his/her academic goals. My favorite subjects in school included Mathematics, English, Physical Science, Information Technology and Afrikaans. I achieved 5 distinctions in matric and i believe every learner is capable of attaining academic success provided that he/she puts in the work and is guided by someone who has his/her best interest in mind. What i have learnt from my past experience is that every learner moves at their own pace and different learning styles are adopted depending on the individual. With this in mind, i would love an opportunity to share this passion of mine with your kid and give them a learning experience that is personalised in order to maximize their academic potential.

I am a Medical Doctor but have changed careers into Education as this is my passion. I have lived and travelled to many parts of the world (to both work and experience life) - Australia, Canada, Scotland, England, Wales, Ireland and South Africa. Currently I am living in Durban with my wife and two young daughters. My outside hobbies include Aviation and History/Culture. I attended Durban High School and then the University of Natal Medical School, after which I passed and was accepted as a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. Currently I am completing my Postgraduate Certificate in Education through UNISA and my TEFL (UK). My first language is English (IETLS band 8.5 through the University of Cambridge Testing System).
