I am in the final stages of my Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Paediatrics at the University of Witwatersrand (Wits). I completed my Master of Science (MSc) degree at UKZN in the year 2014. I also graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in microbiology and biochemistry, and subsequently a BSc honours in biochemistry. I have also completed a number of short courses at Wits as well as in the United Kingdom, particularly in the filed of biochemistry, genetics, biostatistics, and scientific writing.
