Hi my name is Siyanda and I am a second year Wits university student majoring in Psychologyology and Sociology.I enjoy playing hockey and spending time with family and friends. I love music, art, animals and kids. My passion is helping people and my end goal is to be part of the United Nations in hopes to represent South Africa.

I have tutored with Gutsy tutoring since August 2018. Before that I tutored for the volunteer tutoring program at Wits because I have always loved helping students wherever I can and imparting the knowledge I have in subjects that I love and excelled in. In this time that I have been with Gutsy tutoring I’ve fallen in love with working with students, and as much I’ve shared knowledge with them I’ve also learnt a lot from them. I recently completed my bachelors and I am currently pursuing my honours in Organisational psychology. Some of the subjects I have done include Anthropology, Linguistics, Sociology, Research statistics, Psychology, and Organisational psychology. Being a psychology major, I have a keen interest in the processes of learning and I am really fascinated by human cognition. As such, tutoring also helps me practically expand my knowledge on the subject matter I deal with in my degree.

I'm a recent BCOm accounting graduate currently doing a postgraduate diploma in accounting specialising in Certified theory in accounting science.

I am a Wits Education student currently doing my fourth and final year. Mathematics and Science are the subjects that are specialise in. I have experience in tutoring as i have worked for two companies already other tutoring companies and believe that experience have prepared me to be a great tutor

I'm very dedicated in what I do, I am currently doing my 3rd year at Wits University in Engineering. I was very good in Maths while I was still in school. Yet it did not stop there, I continued excelling academically in Varsity and obtaining good grades for Maths

As I come from a very disadvantaged background where the teaching system was not that good I have made it my mission to help other learners in accessing a kind of teaching that ensures that they clearly understand content and that they pass with high marks. I have been tutoring for the past two years at a local school in Pretoria and my students do very well in their academics.

I am a fun and friendly individual who loves making people smile. I love creating beautiful art and I am a minimalist by nature. I am a good listener with lots of patience, I am open minded and I value other people's opinions. This makes it easy for me to connect and relate to a lot of different people without any disputes. I make sure that people enjoy whatever they are doing by introducing room for laughter every now and then.

I am a social activist. I have a great interest in Environmental issues and have worked with a charity organisation called Clouddog. I am a final year Engineering student studying towards a Degree in Game Design through the Wits School of Electrical and Information Engineering. I build computer games and have a strong passion in using games to teach and inspire
