Computer science student

Currently an electrical engineering student at the University of Pretoria. I am a highly motivated student with an excellent track record in mathematics at both school and university level. I believe this is due to the fact that I am left brain dominant, very analytical and have a natural talent for helping people understand concepts that are confusing to them. I am confident that my strong desire to help students achieve their goals will go a long way in providing high-quality services. I am also currently a Golden Key member.

I am currently a second year Actuarial student at the University of Pretoria. I went to school at Helpmekaar Kollege (IEB Curriculum) in Johannesburg, where I obtained 6 distinctions in Grade 12. My subjects were: Afrikaans (Home Language) (A), English (First Additional Language) (A), Mathematics (A), Life Orientation (A), Accounting, Economics (A), Business Studies (A) and Advanced Mathematics. Maths is absolutely my passion!!! I live in Hatfield very close to the university, and only go back home to Johannesburg about twice a month. This semester my timetable is quite flexible, although I have full days on campus on Wednesdays and Fridays. My classes only end late at 17:30 on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

I completed AP mathematics in high school and have completed three years of mathematics at the University of Pretoria and have always found mathematics to be a joy to learn and teach. In high school I excelled in mathematics and hope to help others do as well.
