I am a responsible second-year Occupational Therapy student with a passion for helping others learn and grow. My goal as a tutor is to help and encourage learners to improve holistically and achieve their goals, both short and long term. I enjoy tutoring because I get to help others learn and it helps to further my learning and understanding of providing aid others to improve to the best of my abilities, which will be an important characteristic in my career choice. I strive to help others learn through explaining concepts in different ways that tailored to that particular learner. I am patient and understanding when it comes to helping others learn. I also know that some concepts are more difficult to understand and may take more time to comprehend, and will help my students through them. Learners who are willing to learn by changing their thought process or mindset and are willing to put in the necessary effort are most likely to improve and achieve their best, and I will aspire to inspire this attitude in my students.
