I understand that this may be cliche but i believe what makes me the best tutor for any of the subjects/courses particularly humanities courses is my heart. At the core of humanities courses is identifying an area and asking questions. It is through askig questions do we uncover hidden structures, experiences, cycles and patterns that contribute in our society today. Huamanties is an exploration of what it is to be human in numerous ways and from different angles.

I have a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Cape Town. I have taken many humanities courses throughout my degree. I took photography, history and drama in high school. I have experience tutoring humanities related subjects and can assist with exam preparation, essay writing, research and terminology.

Given my humanities degree, I have a broad understanding of social science. Critical thinking and essay writing are vital skills to succeed in university and I will be able to assist in structuring and editing your assignments.

Got 80s and 90s for Social Science Subjects in High School, finished my honors completing my degree in Psychology and Industrial Psychology. I have been tutoring Social Sciences since then, focusing primarily on University as well as High School and Junior School Subjects!

Humanities is the field of my studies,thus it is easier for me to help students to understand since I will be teaching giving practical examples that I understand also. I stand a better chance to use my student planning schemes as part of my revision also.Therefore I believe giving them my best knowledge.

With A University Degree to an MA level, and having helped my own children learn the humanities, as well as 15 years teaching experience, I am able to adapt my teaching skills to teach all subject in humanities, to help read critically, and learn how to write a well structured essay on a given topic.

I am passionate about Geography/Humanities. It was always my favourite subject to study and I passed very well with an average of 90%. The sections of the subject are very interesting and intriguing. If given the opportunity, I will ensure that I make the subject interesting for my students too. Lastly, I am a qualified educator who specializes in Geography/Social Science.

I have majored in various humanities courses and am currently completing my MA degree in gender studies and psychology. I have tutored gender studies for 3 years. As gender studies often requires students to unlearn I try to think outside the box in order to get students to understand the content and relate to it.
