Hi, My name is Berenice, 25, I am French but have been living and working in Cape Town for about 3 years now. I have met a few people looking for a French tutor for their kids and thought I would give it a try if anyone is interested. I have a master's degree in foreign languages (in my case English and German) and International Business. I am committed, reliable, punctual and organised. I enjoy being around kids and especially like teaching them new things. I have 4 kids around me at home, not my own but I consider them as my family. It would be a pleasure to teach your kids some French, whether they learn it in school or not. I am prepared to follow the school's programme or to come up with a more fun but effective approach, depending on what you/they want and need.

I was born in Caracas, Venezuela and I moved to South Africa when she was 14 years old. I have a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Pretoria and I have been teaching Spanish for seven years in private schools such as the British Academy in Pretoria and several Spanish institutes designed for adult students. In addition to teaching I have been a freelance translator and interpreter and I am the owner of my own company, Language Culture and Communication Services (LCCS) in Pretoria. I have taught Spanish to over 200 students from different nationalities such as French, Mandarin, English etc. both children and adults, in groups and on one-on-one basis. I prefer a communicative methodology when teaching and I believe that it is important to use Spanish from the beginning of the training. Spanish is my mother tongue, however I am fluent in English and I have a basic level in French.
