I am a 22 year old student studying BComm Mathematical Sciences at Stellenbosch University. I matriculated from St Mary's DSG, Kloof in 2013 with 8 distinctions. I am a kind, considerate and passionate individual. I am always punctual and well-mannered, I am a very patient teacher and hope to obtain a PGCE in the near future to qualify as a High School teacher as I have really found a passion for it teaching our grade 11 extra maths class at Kayamandi High over the past 6 months.

I graduated last year from Rhodes university with a BCom in information systems, management and economics and i am currently working for a software development company as a Business Analyst while studying towards my honors degree in Business Informatics through Unisa.

I have a Bcom degree i Human Resources Management and Bcom Honours Degree in Business Management both from the University of South Africa (UNISA). I can be able to teach any Business and Human Resources Management modules.

I am currently lecturing Financial Management at Varsity College, Sandton. The one thing that I always strive to do when tutoring-is to understand the background, experience and struggles of a student, so I can tailor my approach in a manner that best assists them. This is coupled with a genuine passion for people, as very few things, give me greater joy than playing a role in someone getting closer to achieving their potential. I believe these attributes stand me in good stead to be of value to students.

I am Celema Koti, born and bred in the mother city, Cape Town. I am a holder of a Bachelor of Business Science Finance with Accounting(UCT) degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting(UCT), and I am currently an Assistant Lecturer at UCT and an aspiring CA(SA) currently in first year of articles. Through being an Academic Trainee(Assistant Lecture)am was able to further my studies and thus I am also doing my Masters in Finance at the University of Cape Town. I am 25 years old and have lived all my life in Cape Town. Tutoring and enhancing the knowledge of others is one of my passions. I have been tutoring for the last 3 years and still strive to continue making a difference in other student's lives.

I used to lead Business Management discussions with my peers prior to examinations. I am an experienced Marketing Management Teachers Assistant with a unique strength of naturally figuring out what need to be upgraded, enhanced, and done better. I enjoy the challenge of analysing the symptoms, identifying what is wrong, and finding the solution. I am also an action-oriented professional with a proven track record in evaluating the project until its completion and effectively managing project risk. I have horned and harnessed adequate stakeholder relations management, presentation skills, ability to undertake research as well as strong analytical skills through diversified working and academic experience. Furthermore, I am a self-driven person who works hard to attain the target goal and always endeavour to overcome obstacles through the completion a task at any given time.

Currently i have submitted my corrections for my thesis in Master of Commerce degree in Human Resources management , my topic is about " The assessment of the implementation of Talent Management in the University of KwaZulu-Natal " I have more that 6 years of Experience in Human resources field which qualifies me to impart knowledge and skills to young academics.
