I am currently lecturing Financial Management at Varsity College, Sandton. The one thing that I always strive to do when tutoring-is to understand the background, experience and struggles of a student, so I can tailor my approach in a manner that best assists them. This is coupled with a genuine passion for people, as very few things, give me greater joy than playing a role in someone getting closer to achieving their potential. I am a holder of a Bachelor of Business Science Finance with Accounting(UCT) degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting(UCT), and I am currently an Assistant Lecturer at UCT and an aspiring CA(SA) currently in first year of articles. Through being an Academic Trainee(Assistant Lecture)am was able to further my studies and thus I am also doing my Masters in Finance at the University of Cape Town. I am 25 years old and have lived all my life in Cape Town. Tutoring and enhancing the knowledge of others is one of my passions. I have been tutoring for the last 3 years and still strive to continue making a difference in other student's lives.

My name is Nandipha Gqibithole, currently working as a Trainee Chartered Accountant for an audit firm based in Midrand. I have a BTech Degree in Taxation and Advanced Diploma in Accounting Sciences- CA stream, I anticipate to register for CTA Postgraduate Diploma in 2018. I am studying and training to be a qualified Chartered Accountant. I am passionate about assisting other people to keep themselves with knowledge and improve their level of thinking and understanding.

I'm a qualified charted accountant, with extensive experience in the accounting and auditing industry. I'm currently employed as an assistant audit manager. I have interest students who are studying towards a finance qualification. I'm currently accepted for enrollment at the UNISA school of business leadership for an advanced project management qualification for next year, which i intend to enroll for in the 2018 year.

I was born in the Free State and moved to Witbank when I was 13. Matriculated in 1993 and started studying at the FET College in Witbank. Personnel Management. I finished my N4 and started working for a Financial Advisor at Old Mutual. In 1995 I started working at Harvey Nortje Inc and was inspired to start studying again. My original course was presented by Technisa, but my final Degree was through Unisa. My working experience (22 years) helped me a lot with my studies. My working experience is in :- 1. Implementing systems and procedures 2. Organisational effectiveness 3. HR Administration and Recruitment 4. Finances / Bookkeeping 5. Information management 6. General Administration I have always been interested in getting involved with teaching, but unfortunately I never had the opportunity. I finished my BTech Degree Business Administration in 2012 and it was a very big day in my life. It was not easy with two young children at that time still babies and a full time job. During my 12 years of studying, I came to the realisation that the understanding of a subject is both theory and practical exposure. Discussions with people with practical experience in a specific field, shades more light and understanding on the theory.

I like reading and researching. I did BCom Honors in Tourism and I am currently studying BCompt Accounting Science with Unisa. I can teach *Accounting *Business studies/management *Tourism *Marketing Up to university level
