I passed Matric Business Studies with 89% and I have helped mainly students in matric to understand it. It is not a complicated subject to understand, it requires a lot of reading and remembering concepts. There is also an exam technique one can use to do the least amount of reading and score high marks as the final paper allows students to make a selection of questions they want to answer.
