Physical Science tutors in KwaZulu-Natal

I am a Civil Engineer (BScEng), and my entire degree is based heavily on Physical Sciences, advanced mathematics, applied mathematics, advanced calculus and application of this knowledge in engineering. During my years of study I have mastered the craft of mathematics, so much so that it has become second nature to me. I have previously tutored many students, many of who's marks have improved by more than 25% during the course of the year. My current studies towards my Masters degree (MScEng) implies that I am capable of thinking and working at a much higher level to the average student/tutor.

Physical Sciences was something that interested me in high school. I matriculated with 83% in this subject. As someone who is able to conceptualise and think creatively, I believe I can help the student in areas that they are struggling.

Physics is always seen as a difficult subject. I would like to change that stigma and prove that anyone, as long as they have passion and dedication, can definitely succeed at it. i believe i bring fun to the subject, by bringing the subject alive.

I teach Physics in a way that makes it easy for learners to understand. I also make use of visual media in order to ensure that the learners understand the content before we embark on a new topic. Assessment is key in teaching this subject.

I have been tutoring Physical Science for 5 years and have well polished experience. All the students that I have taken through tutoring have passed their exams with flying colors. I believe in my ability to explain concepts until a student fully grasps the concept.

I love Physics and I love teaching it - I enjoy bringing the joy into the subject, helping the student want to learn and work hard in the subject while I guide them with understanding concepts. Having a background in Engineering enables me to teach Physical Science concepts through application.

I have successfully completed my BSc degree at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. It consists of a double major: Hydrology & Geography. Within these two majors, I was moulded into a hard-working and consistent individual who utilizes a multidisciplinary approach and open mind when faced with new challenges. I believe that having mastered Physics in my BSc degree puts me in a position - confident to educate others.

I enjoy helping others on this subject, because of the enjoyment and the love I have for this subject. I also obtained a C symbol at high school and a B symbol university, so I believe I can provide the necessary assistance that learners may require and help them to my best abilities.

Physical science is all about problem solving. I love chemistry and physics. So I will be a great tutor or you. As we work through questions together breaking them down you will start to understand and watch as your marks shoot up.
