I have been a private tutor and aupair since 2011, I also have experience as a homeschool teacher and successfully helped students graduate matric. I enjoy working with kids and finding a way to connect with them and teach them in a way that they relate to. I have experience both as a tutor for grade one to twelve. I am also able to assist in all subjects, and also extra curricular activities such as drama, poetry and speech competitions.

I am the best tutor for this subject because I live and breath mathematics, I am very passionate about the subject and I belive that for a subject like mathematics, it helps to have a tutor who is passionate and energetic and doesn't see maths as just another boring subject, because it is not.

I am a very diligent and punctual person. I work easily with all ages and cultures and can motivate people to excel in what they do. I am very respectful of all people and approach life with an open mind. I encourage others to pursue their goals with passion, hard work and perseverance. I have completed a degree with distinction in Theology, and am currently doing a degree in Psychology, therefore I have plenty experience in getting results in the academic world. I have taught classical and general guitar lessons privately, and have plenty experience in teaching from being in the ministry for many years.

I am a very generous person, compassionate, very adventurous and travels a lot, gifted indeed, I have so many skills they scare me sometimes, I embrace humanity and like to learn new things and enjoy putting everything in practice which makes me a lifelong learner. Other than that, am an easy person, entrepreneur at heart. I am mostly interested in the business space, entrepreneurs to say, as there is lot of potential mostly on the up and coming young entrepreneurs. I finished high school in The Netherlands at an international school where I obtained my IB diploma. I work very well with any kind of person. I am very patient and I love to help people excel in any aspect of their lives. I am currently doing my second year towards a degree in psychology. I study through UNISA which allows me to be flexible with my schedule.

I love working with children, i love music and playing piano. I am engaged and I help my stepdaughter as much as i can. I realise kids learn at different speeds, and being creative and using braincharts helps with that. I believe that all children can be taught. It is just a matter of relating to the material. I'm patient and fun deapite my age. I believe that I relate easily to most people. And that is me I guess.

I appreciate that most frequently, students struggle with Mathematics out of anxiety and a poor structure of understanding. My tutoring style aims to address these particular issues in addition to providing a source of knowledge. In 2019 alone, I tutored over 100 hours of Mathematics subjects at university, whether as a classroom assistant or in private tutoring. In addition, I have experience informally tutoring high school students.
