Biology tutors in Emmarentia

Biology was my favourite subject in school and university. We get to learn about the foundations of life on this planet, which I find incredibly exciting. I received a distinction in Biology (Life Sciences) in Matric. I studied a Bachelor of Science at Wits where I did many Biology-related subjects including Human Anatomy (yes I dissected a human cadaver :P ), Physiology and the subject "Animal, Plant and Environmental Sciences". As an Occupational Therapist, who has worked in a physical hospital, I have extensive knowledge of the human body.

I am a hardworking and highly organised person. I received 80% for my final Biology/Life Science exams in matric in 2017. I feel that I am able to help students understand their work and expand their knowledge. I am able to help students summarise the relevant work in efficient ways as I did in school.

Biology started as one of my worst subjects and as I focused more I started to love it more. It was great to know more about myself on a basic and scientific level as well as know more about the world around me. I believe I have a great way of allowing Biology to be fun and interesting rather than just a task or something you feel you need to parrot learn. A subject to enjoy rather than loath.
