My greatest passion in life is teaching. I was born and raised in Welkom , and experienced great success at school and at university due to amazing and unforgettable teachers. This is the foundation of my commitment to helping out my students, whatever their abilities may be. Currently, I am studying a bachelor degree specializing in Accounting . I have been tutoring and teaching for 8 years in various settings – tutoring small and large groups, private individual tutoring, and teaching classroom and home settings.

I am currently a community service pharmacist, I completed my Masters in pharmacy. I had obtained A's in Afrikaans, Mathematics, Physical Science, Life Sciences, Geography and English in matric in 2013. I am apart of the International Golden Key Society which consists of the top 15% at UKZN. I also have an online diploma in teaching English as a Foreign language

I am a second year student coming from Bloemfontein in the Free State. I love working with people, and therefore decided that I wanted to study Audiology, which entails helping people with hearing losses by supplying them with hearing aids and aural rehabilitation. I excelled in all of my school subjects. During my first year as an audiology student at the University of Pretoria, I studied various of modules, such as Psychology as well as communication pathology, which was centered around one very important topic: a child's language and communication development, their brain function as well as their interactions with their surroundings. I am extremely passionate about children and I tend to relate to children in a way that not many people can. I have an extremely broad understanding of how children should be stimulated when still young. I am also educated on child directed speech, aiding a child to learn language or concepts faster and more effectively.

I am a first year BCOM Marketing student at MANCOSA Collage. I have developed excellent customer and communication skills through my studies as well as learning and understanding leadership, marketing, financial and business management skills .

I am a graduate in Psychology. I'm finishing my internship in Clinical Psychology at the end of January 2020, at Free State Psychiatric Complex in Bloemfontein. I did my undergrad degree in Psychology with UNISA, Honours degree at NWU-PUK, and Master's Degree with NWU Mafikeng campus. I'm currently working on finishing my thesis/research script. I'm currently in Bloemfontein, but spent most my time in Potchefroom and Pretoria. I come from a ‘teaching family’. Most of my family members teach in some way or another, and I seem to have inherited this passion. I like to create an environment in which students feel passionate about learning and take their engagement in the material in their own hands. There is no greater reward for me than seeing a student enjoy learning and challenging themselves. I am an English home language speaker. I did a BA in English Literature cum laude, for which I also received Academic Honours. I have a BA Hons in Political Science and International Relations cum laude, for which I received an award for coming top of my Postgraduate class. I am currently working on my MPhil in African Studies at the University of the Free State. I have many years of experience in facilitating, lecturing and teaching. Often when I lecture or teach, it is my favorite part of the day. I am an outgoing person, I enjoy spending time with people. I also spend a lot of my time on community development projects; for example, I am a consultant on the government’s new Gender Based Violence policy. I love to be creative and engage with new ideas and I also really enjoy being active.

I'm an engineer by profession and currently pursuing a masters degree in Electrical Engineering, specifically Cognitive Radio Networks and their applications in the Internet of Things (IoT) architecture. Having both a thorough theoretical knowledgebase, experience in the industry, and tutoring experience, I believe am perfectly poised to transfer knowledge in a manner that will see students gain more interest in the subjects, ultimately perform well in class and expose potential career paths. My tutoring interests are in intermediate to advanced level topics in Physics, Engineering Mathematics, broadband networks, electronics and programming (C, C++, python, Matlab)

I am a Tourism Management Lecturer with a proven record of helping young and adult learners progress academically, through providing positive learning experiences as well as building and maintaining effective behaviour management systems. I enjoy sharing knowledge, and inspiring both children and adults. I am experienced in leading, adept at training, motivating and developing learners at various stages. I am widely experienced with learners in all age groups. I am certified in TEFL/TESOL, PGCE and a BTech degree holder. I am trained in everything from private tutoring for adult professionals to elementary school classroom instruction.

I am 49 and the mother of two grown children (19 and 17). I have spent 30 years in the corporate industry in South Africa and my highest degree is a M.Sc in Global Management. I enjoy learning and spend a lot of time on personal development, as such I also love teaching people. I believe that learning should be fun as it prepares you for your life ahead.
