I absolutely love children and have a special interest in helping children on a more personal level. I pride myself in being able to connect with children and work with the child, in order to teach according to the child's specific needs. With previous experience as a drama teacher, and having majored in Visual Art, I integrate creativity into my teaching style. I know that having fun and experiencing the learning, is key to retaining what is learnt. I put great importance on the development of a child - I aim to support not only academically, but emotionally and behaviourally as well. I have a passion towards the development of children, which is why I have done a counselling course and plan on doing the advanced counselling course next year. I have a special interest in Inclusive Education and plan to do my Honours in the future.
