I'm a young, passionate Occupational therapist, keen to help students thrive and achieve their full academic potential. In matric I achieved distinctions in mathematics, biology, visual art and life orientation. I have also completed various university subjects in health sciences including Anatomy and Physiology.

Experience
Assistant photographer
I worked at horse riding events where a photographer would take photos of each horse. I'd be responsible for transferring these photos into the computer, organizing them and editing them. I'd have face to face interactions with clients taking orders and payments. There photos would be printed and issued to them on the same day.
LTS Swimming instructor
I worked at this swim school part time during my studies. I saw children from at 2 to 10 years. Lessons were one on one where I would be in the pool with the children and their families could watch them learn. I taught learn to swim sessions and beginner stroke class prior to the children starting team swimming.
Occupational Therapist
I completed my community service at a district hopsital in rural KZN. I assisted patients in our wards with various medical conditions from neonates, paediatrics and adults. I also did outreach at 6 different communities as well as home visits as required. I was expected to hand in daily statistics and complete SOP's, QIP,s and Ideal hospital documentation as there was no permanent supervisor.

I am passionate about helping various kinds of people in all aspects of life including those with disabilities. I have experience in all grades of study up to and including undergrad as well as the different study techniques required to excel at each level.

Mathematics comes naturally to me. I matriculated with an 85% mathematics average of which algebra was always my strength. I can assist with learning techniques to go from failing to passing OR just missing that distinction to achieving it.

Art has always been a passion of mine. I matriculated with an average of 91%. From the theory to the practical, it is all a skill that is able to be learnt. I am able to assist with drawing techniques and guidance as well as theoretical study methods and implementation of artwork interpretations.
