Tuition is a personal experience and can often be a sensitive issue. My approach has always been honest. My experience and deep understanding of the content knowledge, coupled with a feel for what the learner needs guides my ability as a tutor. This being said the qualities I have that will me excel in this role are the following: I am accepting and understanding of others, this helps parents and learners feel safe and secure in communicating there educational wants and needs. I have the learner’s best interest at heart, this attitude fosters trust in my guidance. I am confident in my ability to diagnose, prescribe and tutor the learner to achieve results. This self-belief provides assurance to the learner.
