I am currently working at IBM as an IT Support Agent for Dow Chemicals since the 1st of July 2016. I have been in Customer Care, Sales, Marketing a, Public Relations, Translation and Tutoring for over 15 years now. I speak 3 languages : French, Italian and English, I am very good with people and at relations with end users/customers/clients/ students. I like to make people happy and I put in great effort into making that happen.
