I am a University of Pretoria graduate with a BCom and BCom Honours in the field of Informatics, currently I am and completing a Masters in IT degree to further my studies. I have been in the industry for more than five years in IT and Consulting through which I qualified in multiple certifications in IT such as ITIL, COBIT, Prince2, DevOps, Business Analysis, Testing and Business Process Modeling. I have two years of experience in tutoring end user computing skills, IT and the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) which sparked my passion for teaching and sharing my knowledge with others.
