I am a qualified Senior Industrial Relations Practitioner graduated from UCT in 1997. I have more than 15 years Industrial Relations work experience with 10 years of those in management positions. My competencies are strongly in the areas of Collective Bargaining, Negotiations, Dispute Resolution, Disciplinary Management and Policy Development. I am currently running my own Industrial Relations Consulting Firm with a particular focus in Private Mediation, Labour Relations Training, CCMA Represantion and Policy Development. I have developed so much passion in training and would like to impart my knowledge to young and aspiring IR Professionals.

I obtained a Bachelor of Social Sciences Degree Majored in Industrial Sociology & Public Affairs and Aministration. I then worked as an Industrial Relations Specialist/ Employee Relations Manager for more than 10 years. I currently work as an Employee Relations Executive at Phaki Personnel Management Services and running my own Consulting Firm.

I have studied humanities at varsity and tutored it as well. Over the years as an Industrial Relations Professional I have developed so much love and passion for Humanities. I strongly believe that I can shape somebody's future through the knowledge I have accumulated in humanities. Impartation and effective teaching really comes through learned and accumulated experience in the field. My work in the field has assisted me with the actual tools of training and impartation which I am now ready to give out to the students.
