Hi! I have been teaching in the far East for the last few years. Teaching ages from Grade 1 through to university level. I just came back to South Africa to continue my path as an Engineer. But, I realised I love teaching too much to let it go. My students received a 70% plus average in their science. And with my math classes my students received a average mark of 65% plus. I go the extra length to ensure that you understand. I am very patient. I do believe that anyone can do science or mathematics, they just haven't had the best teacher. Extra classes
I provided extra classes to students in highschool struggling with mathematics and science.
Winter school
A week long course for student who received 30% or less for mathematics and science. I am proud to say that I had the largest class who showed the best improvement among all the other teachers.
University Mentor classes
These classes were provided for first to fourth year students who were working on obtaining their degree in engineering. The classes were in extra class format, where the students were provided with homework assignments and I served as a mentor in helping them understand the work. With the applied mathematics I provided a two-hour class recapping the work that they have done throughout each week
Science Teacher Grade 1,4,5
Here I taught the younger students, they were a lot of fun, and extremely intellegent. I tried to incorporate environmental awareness in most classes, such as Rhino horns (80% of South Africa's rhino horns go through Vietnam), and air pollution. The students obtained 70% plus average on their exams. The Grade 1 obtained a 80% plus average.
Chemistry Teacher
IGCSE Chemistry Year 1 (Grade 9) Checkpoint Stage 7 (Grade 6) I completed all the necessary requirements for a full time teacher. I mainly taught science, and specificaly chemistry. I did all the lesson plans, preparation of class activities, exams, classroom management and practicals on my own. My students fully enjoyed their classes, although there were times where the Grade 6 students were lacked concentration time.

I love teaching almost as much as I love my students succeed. I take more time researching the best way to teach a certain topic or method, than actually teaching. Ensuring that I do know different methods, and ensuring that the students understand at the end of the day. I take a lot of pride in making sure students enjoy the subject, and want to go even further that their class mates.
