My name is Prashanti Ramnanan. I am a qualified lawyer (I have been admitted as a legal practitioner of the High Court of South Africa and I am enrolled as an attorney by the South African Legal Practice Council). I was previously employed as an associate by Clyde & Co Inc., an international law firm. Prior to joining Clyde & Co, I was an associate at Edward Nathan Sonnenbergs Inc. ("ENS"), the largest law firm in Africa, having successfully completed my contract of articles (traineeship) at the same firm. Prior to joining ENS, I read for a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics with Law) and a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Cape Town (“UCT”). I was recognised on the Deans Merit List and was the recipient of various awards and scholarships. Apart from excelling academically, I extended myself by joining and/or leading a variety of societies and organisations at UCT. Notably, I was appointed as the editor-in-chief of the official law school magazine of UCT and as deputy editor-in-chief for “I, Africa”, the official student publication of the African Union. I matriculated from Crawford College North Coast with 7 distinctions. I believe that the skills and expertise that I have honed over the course of my professional and academic career place me in good stead to assist you with your tutoring needs. I am detail-orientated, patient and I enjoy working with people. It would be a privilege to help you achieve your goals!
