Mechanics is one of the major subjects offered in Engineering degrees and I was also a tutor for this subject during my undergraduate degree where I obtained good passes. I have also tutored other private students and they managed to obtain good results hence why I would want to assist other students also.

Hi,I'm currently a final year electrical engineering student at the University Of Stellenbosch. This year im only going back todo only one module, which means il have time on my hands. I have a passion for maths and physics. Those are key subjects and I generally just love passing down my knowledge.

I am currently doing my Masters in Chemical Engineering at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology. My name is Tyler Haines, age 24. I live and study in Cape Town. I am currently studying mechanical engineering and have been doing so for the past several years. I have deep-rooted passion for science and technology and I revel in sharing my knowledge and insight in the fields of mathematics and physics. I believe that sharing one's knowledge is only to the benefit of society, and so I consider it a duty and a pleasure to give back what I have learnt so that others may grow themselves.

I was born in KZN and grew up there I went to Eastern Cape for Undergraduate Studies in Physics, Applied Maths and Chemistry then 2015 I cam to UCT for my Hons hence I am persuading my MSc in Astrophysics (Cosmology field). I want to take this opportunity to help students in science general, I love Maths and Science and I have a belief that I have all the potential to motivate learners to love these two subjects like me as I believe that anyone can do better in science only if the she/he has a good background hence I am applying here to give my insight to young learners in preparation of the University days

I am Lihleli Mavela. I am a Masters student in physics at the University of the Western Cape. Science has been my life adventure ever since I encountered as a child. I like reading isiXhosa and English literature, like novels. I am a self-motivated person and willing to help others a lot o their studied.

I think one of the best feelings is when a difficult concept finally "clicks." As Maths & Physics student, I spend lots of time working for that feeling, and I’m so excited to help others achieve it! I love math and I believe that everyone can learn to feel the same. Maths is ubiquitous in our world and contains profound truths that every human being should be able to understand and appreciate. Students who "hate" math seldom truly do; often only a past bad experience has ruined the subject for them. I strive to emphasize the underlying beauty of the subject and help students build confidence.
