Managerial Accounting tutors in Western Cape

I have a passion for tutoring any accounting related modules (Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Taxation and Auditing) and hold an Post Graduate Diploma In Applied Accounting Sciences (CTA) which is the highest university qualification for accounting studies required to qualify as a chartered accountant. I further passed my SAICA Initial Test of Competency which assesses one`s technical knowledge to become a chartered accountant soon after completing university studies. My practical experience in the accounting and auditing industry coupled with prior tutoring experience gives me the tools to pass any accounting or management accounting student that pass through my hands.

I possess CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK), Masters in Finance from UCT and currently a PhD in Finance student at UCT. I also possess a postgraduate course in Taxation. I am well able to tutor in many areas of Accounting such as audit, risk management, finance, mathematics etc

Managerial Accounting is very easy once you get the hang of it. I loved management accounting in varsity and even got a distinction. It is a very diverse module and can easily be passed with enough hard work and tutoring. I work easily with students as I also tutored them in Res while I was in Kovsies.

I have achieved with a good academic record Finance and Accounting and I am familiar with the following concepts: Introduction to managerial accounting, Classification of costs, Materials, Labour, Absorption costing and marginal costing, Cost-volume-profit analysis, control budget, capital investment, financial statements (Balance sheet, Income statement, cash budget and cash-flow) .

I am a qualified chartered accountant with extensive experience in managerial management at a senior level. My work experience includes training and mentoring junior staff members both in South Africa and USA.
