Economics tutors in Western Cape

I am currently working at Coopmanhuijs Botique Hotel and Spar,as a Night Auditor. I am currently studying toward my Bcom in Financial Management with the University of South Africa.

I am 48 years old and completing my BED degree with Unisa. I have worked in the finance field. Accounting and Payroll. I am good with figures. I have helped many high school students with accounting and mathematics. I have a bubbly personality with lots of patience.

I am a British citizen who has lived in South Africa for the past 12 years. I was born in the UK and bought up in Singapore and HongKong. I was schooled in all three countries. My tertiary education was in the UK, Italy and South Africa. I hold a BA (Hons) in Economics and Italian, an MSc in Finance, an MComm in Economics as well as a PhD in Economics. I am thus well suited to teach economics, finance, mathematics for economics as well as Italian (upto advanced inetrmediate level).

Qualification: Currently obtaining a masters degree in Public Administration- Stellenbosch University Honors Public Administration (2012)- Stellenbosch University Bachelors Degree Environmental Management (2004) National Diploma (2003) Environmental studies are my favourite subjects i would like to get involved in tutoring in that field of studies. I have a passion for teaching and aspire to become a lecturer. I hold degrees in BA (PPE) and BCom (Hons.) Economics. I am a qualified TEFL instructor. I am from Pretoria and I am currently living in Cape Town. I am fluent in English and Afrikaans. I believe that learning is done best when it is made fun which is why teachers should aspire to inspire their students whilst teaching.

I believe in life long education and am passionate about acquiring knowledge and passing it to other people. I passed my ordinary level examinations with the University of Cambridge local examination syndicate with 9 passes including a distinction in maths. At tertiary I did the following: 5 Banking diplomas. Post graduate certificate/diploma in Accounting & administration. London chamber of commerce and industry certificate in accounting & commercial law. Part Bachelor of education further education training, specialising in accounting, economics and business studies. I worked in banking for 15 years in the following positions: Admin clerk for 5 years Accounts clerk 2 years Staff loans officer 2 years Admin & collections officer 2 years Credit analyst 4 years Worked as a bookkeeper at Premier Medical services, there after worked as a commercial teacher for 5 years.

I am a 22 year old student studying BComm Mathematical Sciences at Stellenbosch University. I matriculated from St Mary's DSG, Kloof in 2013 with 8 distinctions. I am a kind, considerate and passionate individual. I am always punctual and well-mannered, I am a very patient teacher and hope to obtain a PGCE in the near future to qualify as a High School teacher as I have really found a passion for it teaching our grade 11 extra maths class at Kayamandi High over the past 6 months.
