I am strong mathematics student and have received a certificate in being the best in my entire school when I was still in high school.Content knowledge: I am a math tutor who has very in-depth knowledge and understanding of mathematics. For example, if the tutor is teaching a student to isolate and solve for variables, not only should a tutor know how to do this, but understand the underlying math concepts in order to complete the process, understand why this problem is important to solving future math problems that may be more complex, and be able to identify and explain why and how this will apply to the next levels of math the student will tackle. Simply understanding the process explained by the textbook is not enough. A great math tutor should be able to explain why each step is important, why it works the way it does, and what other ways the problem can be approached. I have these qualities.
