My name is Lauren Immelman and I am a qualified teacher. In 2018 I obtained my Bachelor of Education degree of which I completed in four years. This allows me to teach from grades 4 to 12. Teaching is my passion as I enjoy working with students and finding ways to make lessons relatable and fun. English is my favorite subject to teach as I enjoy writing short stories and poetry. Reading is one of my favorite hobbies, accompanied with my love for animals, enjoy movie watching and binging the latest series. Along with my love for teaching English, I feel that getting students ready and confident for their tests and exams are important, therefore, I can help students by testing and creating study notes to help them understand what they need to learn.

I am a qualified chiropractor with a passion for physics and maths. I have been tutoring students one-on-one for over 14 years. I have a great track record, wonderful interpersonal skills and really enjoy the subject. My name is Thanisa Moodley, I am 24 years old and reside in Durban, south Africa. I am a lovely human who makes extra learning enjoyable and less of a chore after a day of school or studies. Having au paired ages 9months, 3-16 years as well as leading a youth group ages 12-22, I have experience with a wide range of age groups. Learing disabilities or stumbling blocks are not an issue having dealt personally with ADD and having an occupational therapist as a sister. Often tutoring is needed not for repetition but for a different way of explaining and understanding. I walked away from high school with 5 distinctions and have a degree in Marketing & Media with electives including English & Classics.

My hobbies include ballroom and latin american dancing, reading and photography. I am very involved in my church, serving on two committees and teaching Sunday school. I also write online content for an adventure vlog and a food blog.

I am an energetic and enthusiastic woman, with a BA degree in Social Dynamics and Postgraduate degree in Education, intermediate phase Cum Laude. My passion lies in the outdoors and with nature, as well as believing that the continual broadening of one’s horizons is obtained through travelling and exploring different cultures. I chose the course BA Social Dynamics as I enjoy learning about the behaviours and interactions between people and different groups of people. I went on to major in Psychology and Sociology. After graduating I went on to study and complete my PGCE and achieved Cum Laude.
