Hello! I am a student impassioned with Accounting Sciences! Having completed my Bachelor of Accounting Sciences in Financial Accounting degree from UNISA, I am currently also to complete my Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Accounting Sciences. I am a qualified teacher with a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics and English Literature. I also have a Post Graduate Certificate in Education specializing in teaching English both as a First and First Additional Language at FET (high school) level. I have three years of tutoring experience (both in university tutor groups and as a private tutor for a family with children in middle and high school). I also have one year of teaching experience in a South African high school. I also have three years experience teaching English as a foreign language in China (to a range of students aged 4-19 with drastically varying levels of proficiency). I am always well prepared and am very resource-based in teaching (I like to have multimedia, games and physical objects to aid learning). I am a recent graduate. I was doing a degree in Accounting Sciences at Wits University. I am looking forward to qualify as a CMA with CIMA. I have an interest in helping others who are finding it a challenge to understand some of the subjects I was good at in high school. I am a mother to a 7 year old girl. I am engaged. I am was awarded best female teacher in September 2016 to October 2017 nominated by the learners. I got an opportunity to travel to USA: Chicago in a community called Hinsdale and spent a month in on of the high schools called Hinsdale Central as a student teacher through a program called Teach with Africa and Global Teachers Institute. I attended and observed their English classes and World culture classes. I am very involved in the Girls Club at my school, community work in Alexandra and Cultural activities: Gumboots dance and organizing school events.
