I have previous experience teaching similar subjects and I am extremely passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience with learners to help them grow or make a difference in their lives. I will try and make each lesson interesing and fun.

Having gone through all my education in English, I have a good command of the English language. I also have a score of 9 in the General IELTS examination. I have tutoring experience and I have the desirable soft skills; patience, understanding and structure to successfully tutor this subject.

I am an education editor for an internationally accredited higher education institution, and I have former experience in lecturing English and Philosophy to both first and second/foreign language students. I received training and have teaching experience in both Australia and South Africa. My current full-time job comprises improving the standard of learning material for our students from both a language and pedagogical perspective, and my passion in life is to positively contribute, in any way possible, to students' learning experience. I have also worked as a writing instructor at a writing lab and have spent many hours helping students develop better writing strategies and skills on both school and university level.

I have more than 7 years experience teaching English as a Foreign Language. I have taught students from many countries such as Japan, Philippines, China, United States and recently Russia and the rest of Europe. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Education Specializing in Language.

I am a qualified SACE registered teacher with English Home Language and Life Orientation subject didactics.

I have over 10 years of tutoring experience as an English FL and English SL tutor and 5 years as an Afrikaans SL tutor; I also tutor IELTS and have taught at an International English Language School. I teach because it allows me to impact lives and create growth opportunities for my students. I get to see a learner’s potential, working alongside them to help them achieve their goals. Helping people is what drives me. I am a super easy going and patient person, and I enjoy the challenge of mastering academic content and helping other to enjoy it too. Making lessons upbeat and achievable, as well as having a sense of humour doesn't hurt either. Learning should be fun!

In as much as I am academically inclined I am also an all rounder with the involvement in a vast sphere of cultural activities such as dance, drama and am a vocalist as well. I am very open minded and goal driven and as a result i take up a lot of learning challenges .
