I believe as a good, well-trained teacher, I am able to make a huge difference in my students education and future. I am super passionate about teaching English learners and I absolutely love what I do. As a highly-effective English teacher, I am always introducing new ideas and adapting to changes constantly, experimenting with new methods of teaching and encouraging student participation. I have certain qualities like patience, tenacity, and adaptability which are some of the essential qualities that can help learners in improving academically. I’ve had the experience of being on both sides of the classroom, as a student and now an ESL teacher. I have tremendous empathy for and connection with my students, likely because I know exactly what they are going through.
