I am currently studying a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) at NMU. I am very hard working and enjoy helping students. I have previous experience in tutoring students and always go the extra mile for them. I was also the top student in my high school (Dux Learner).

I am a passionate, caring and patient teacher. I have worked with many types of learners; some on higher levels, some on very low levels, those with a language barrier and even those with learning disabilities such as ADHD. I love children and most of all I love seeing them progress. I work hard and I always do my best to help every student individually according to their needs.

I'm a Computer Science student currently doing my second year at university. I enjoy teaching others. I love coding and I enjoy taking on maths problems. I am able learn and teach anything that is presented to me, because I believe the super power we all have is our minds and we can do anything we set our minds to. I have been offering tutoring to University Students since 2009 with amazing results. Hello my name is Chelsea Yonishe Trishlin Henkeman, I am 27 years of age and I was born and raised in South Africa. I am married and have no children. I do have a love for teaching and helping others therefore I decided to study Education. I have my Adult Basic Education Training Higher Certificate and I am currently studying towards my Bachelor in Education at the University of South Africa. I am a qualified online English teacher. I have both my TEFL and TEYL certificates which allows me to teach foreign students English online. I have been teaching English online since June 2016. I teach both adults and children. I teach English grammar, reading, fluency, conversational, pronunciation and writing. I enjoy teaching online because I get to complete my students and I am able to give my full individual attention to my students and adapt my teaching to my students pace. For adults my lessons are more serious, focused and to the point but with my children lessons, I try to be more laid-back, I like to have fun and speak about what they love so I can incorporate what they like into our lesson to ensure I keep their attention and if need be I act a little silly to get them to laugh and learn because that is the best way to grab their attention.
