I am passionate, patient and dedicated to my student’s success. I am a firm believer in practise makes perfect. The only way to truly unlock a student’s potential is through practise. I have three years’ experience in tutoring mathematics. I really enjoy teaching the subject and my students feed off this energy. I graduated matric with distinction in mathematics as well as first year mathematics at the University of Pretoria.

I have completed my Bachelor's degree in Education at the University of Pretoria at the end of 2019. The subjects that I specialised in included, Geography, Social Studies, Mathematics (Grade 7-9) and Mathematical Literacy and therefore believe I am well equipped to tutor any candidate in these subjects. However, seeing that teaching is my passion, I know I'll give my best effort to tutor any other candidate in any other subject.

I enjoy the outdoors. I love hiking in my spare time. I am also an adrenaline junkie. I am currently working towards becoming a Chartered Accountant, I am currently serving my second year of articles.

I am a working professional in the engineering and business development space. I love helping students achieve goals. It brings a big smile to my face to see someone who struggled with something, figure it out with my help. I think education is important and that anyone who puts their mind to something can achieve it.

I hold a doctorate in Mathematics, a post-graduate teaching diploma and I am SACE registered. I am a dedicated, passionate teacher. I have taught students who have achieved top results in South Africa and in the world for Cambridge and South African Mathematics courses. Our house is located close to the Centurion Gautrain Station with a bus stop a short distance away. Ubering from the station is affordable as well. I have 40 years of experience teaching Mathematics, Advanced Mathematics, Cambridge Courses, and University Courses. I run an accredited Cambridge study centre where I teach these courses on a regular basis. I am experienced in providing tutoring online with advanced sound facilities. I mark assignments and examinations for University and Cambridge Courses. I am comfortable tutoring in person or online. I begin tutoring from basics and cover topics thoroughly by passing through various learning levels. With my experience, I am able to uncover students' barriers to understanding and am able to find unique personalised ways of explaining complicated concepts. I provide plenty of practice, reinforcement, and enrichment related to the topics being covered.
