A Registered Psychometrist in Independent Practice. I completed my BA Humanities at the University of Stellenbosch in 2010, majoring in Psychology and Sociology and obtained an Honours in Psychology from the University of South Africa in 2012. While working full-time and studying towards my honours, I volunteered as a trauma counsellor at the Community Intervention Centre in Milnerton. Upon graduating, I started working in the recruitment industry and worked for an affiliate company of Thomas International, an international cooperation in psychometric tools and worked as an Intern Psychometrist. I obtained a BPsych Equivalent in Psychometry through Stellenbosch University, under the well-known Prof. Wim Myburgh. In 2015 I was appointed by the Foundation for Alcohol Related Research as a Psychometrist assessing children with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders and assisting in the diagnosis. I was later promoted to Head Psychometrist and Project Manager managing the full scope of Psychometric Assessments and managing an entire project in all its facets reporting directly CEO. In 2018, Tersius Lambrechts Psychometrics was established and handles a wide variety of psychometric assessments. These services include scholastic assessments for school readiness, learning and emotional difficulties and career guidance within in the school and private practice environment. The services spectrum also includes personality and cognitive assessments for the recruitment and corporate industries with a special interest in leadership and team development. As an associate of Keith Polden Psychological Services, TLP also administers and assists with psychometric assessments for the Road Accident Fund. I have also presented classes at the Stellenbosch University BPsych Equivalent Psychometry course in 208 and 2019, as well at the department of Sport Science of Stellenbosch Sport Coaching Summit on the subject of emotional intelligence.

I have successfully passed a Honours in Psychology through Unisa as well as a Bpscyh Equivalence in Pscyhometry. I have worked in the industry for the past 5 years as well as being a tutor at Unisa.
