2010 - 2012: Bachelor of Science (BSc), Information and Knowledge Systems 2013 - 2013: Bachelor of Science (BSc), Honours in Computer Science Assistant Lecturer at the University of Pretoria for Data Structures and Algorithms using OOP paradigm. A study in the field of computer science, in order to understand the need for space and time efficiency in the correct implementation of computer systems. July 2016 - Presently: Microservice-driven Health System application, namely Discovery’s Health-ID: A digital patient profile manager used by doctors. * Responsible for the web-application version of Health-ID using AngularJS SPA, while helping iOS developers smoothly integrate with the microservice applications for the native iOS version of Health-ID. * Ensuring a smooth integration between Health-ID and its dependencies to enable doctors to join networks, create authorisations, and storage of patient records using various technologies such as Solr, SOAP and WSDL, and Restful APIs, and then displaying them onto Health-ID. June 2014 - June 2016: Interpret, design and implemented new features and enhancements: * A real-time service to automate Forex trading with 360T based on FIX protocol, using technologies such as: Spring, Hibernate and Oracle DB * Back-end module to stream FX prices to an Online Banking application using WebSocket. * Multi-currency credit card service. I developed an admin module using AngularJS SPA. * A real time Forex order routing service using FIX protocol. The service integrated Online banking system, Misys Equation and the bank liquidity provider. The service was developed using Spring, Hibernate and QuickfixJ. January 2014 - June 2014: Junior Java developer. I extensively used Postgresql and Unix command line to maintain and support Monolithic Furnmart retail software. I dabbled in enhancing sales report creations using the Java Struts framework.

One of the highlights was actually being an Assistant Lecturer for Data Structures and Algorithms, where I helped setup assignments and practicals. Marked semester tests and exams. I am passionate about algorithms and their intricacies.
