Alexandra B - Tutor in Groenkloof
I am a university student currently studying a Bachelor of Education degree at the University of Pretoria. I am passionate about instilling the love of maths into learners. I tutor primary school, grade 8 and grade 9 mathematics and I meet with learners wherever they feel most comfortable (usually at their houses). Being an education student, I like to help learners to understand and be comfortable with the concepts within the subject rather than taking a parrot style approach.

I took pure mathematics up to matric, and passed it well. As I have more than just an understanding of mathematics, but also a passion for mathematics I feel as though I am able to motivate learners to excel in mathematics. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Education degree, which equips me with the right skills to teach in a manner that is both understandable and fun.
