Mechanical Design Engineer
Responsibilities: • Research ,mechanical design and development of machinery ,that includes but not limited to : robotics , special tolls , industrial dryers and AGVs • Developed process capability and handled delivering and installation of new equipment. • Generate manufacturing drawings and BOMs for all projects undertaken • Establish and coordinate the maintenance and safety procedures , service schedule , and supply of materials required to ensure efficient operation of machines • Engaging with suppliers and vendors to ensure the successful selection and purchase of various project specific equipment and to resolve design issues • Compiling test qualification schedules and reports when required • Liaising with other departments such as design, manufacturing, quality, materials and purchasing to ensure delivery of parts through the process to time, cost and quality.
