I have been working in private higher education for 7 years now and have been studying non stop since I left high school. So it is safe to say that I have a passion for education. At this point I have qualifications in Psychology, Research, Proofreading/copy editing and a TEFL with a Business English booster. One of my favourite things is to teach students how language use can differ from one context to another and how important the correct vernacular is for individual contexts. I love the English language and have a flair for Academic and Creative writing. When I was in first year in my first undergraduate degree I was tutoring Shakespearean English to the second year class. Since then I have completed a Proofreading and copy editing Diploma and a TEFL with an additional Business English teaching certificate. I am now enrolled in a Bachelor of Arts programme in Creative Writing, and my Master of Arts degree was a Thesis. I also ran the Academic Writing programme at the institution I work at for the last 7 years.
