I am an African female with a Post-Graduate degree in Human Resources Management from the University of South Africa and currently studying Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Relations Management with one module left to graduate. I have over 19 years generalist HR experience in the Engineering Consulting. I am self-driven, ambitious and passionate about the field of human resources. As an HR Generalist in the consulting environment, I have covered HR Policies, Onboarding, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Transformation. I have also had the opportunity to lead and drive the Africa Graduate and Bursary portfolio, whereby future pipeline was identified, secured and groomed in line with the Aurecon future ready strategy. I pride myself in delivering exceptional client experience by continued engagement and analysis of business unit needs and put together action plans. In my role as HR Generalist I provide advice and services to 6 business leaders with a total staff compliment of 500 across the business, supported by 2 HR Administrators.
