I have a passion for public service and development with an keen interest in public policy, governance, leadership, people management and development, public ethics, operations management within government institutions as well as strategic management within public institutions, and how we can reform and improve the South African public service. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Management wherein I majored in Public and Development Management from University of Witwatersrand. For South Africa, I envision a public service reform process aimed at strengthening and sustaining institutional capacity and performance to ensure a responsive and participatory public service that provides improved quality service and increased public value for its citizenry. I believe, this can be achieved through sound leadership development, effective policy development and implementation, improved people management and effective operations' management within state/public institutions. I will help you enhance your subject knowledge as well as apply it to current policy and public service management problems in order to ensure you have a concrete understanding of conceptual issues learned. I also bring application knowledge of Public Economics/Finance.

I have a passion for Accountancy which was also my favourite subject in school and I have pursued the subject to 3rd year level as a major subject for my Bcom degree. I also have working experience in accounting and my background includes working as a financial administrator in both private and public sectors, where I have been involved in roles within accounting, internal auditing as well as management Accounting. In these roles, my main responsibilities included fixed assets processing, bookkeeping to trial balance, conducting audits, budget processing and management, variance analysis as well as financial reporting. I also have other subject knowledge of other related topics such as economics, business management, auditing and management accounting.
