I am a Mechanical Engineering graduate with a love for mathematics and physics. I have spent a year in Australia working in the Education and Childcare sector. I was also a university tutor during my studies, teaching first year students basic python coding. My approach as a tutor is to convey my knowledge to students to lead them to independently solve problems. By simplifying questions and emphasising basic knowledge maths can be made easy.

Experience
School assistant
I worked as a school assistant at St Peters Luther College. This role taught me the duty of care required when working with children, that entitles considering and managing the well-being of children as they develope and learn. Furthermore, this role required me to convey my knowledge to students and to lead students to independently find answers by simplifying questions and reiterating basic knowledge . It has taught me the value of passing down knowledge and the patience required when tutoring.
University tutor
During my studies I have worked as a part time tutor for modules that I have excelled in. The course of relevance here is Introduction to Python Coding. My responsibilities mainly include assisting students with tutorial assignments, relaying various problem-solving techniques, marking of tutorial assignments and giving feedback and submission of marks to lecturers.
