My name is Abigail. I am a fourth year B. Ed ECD and foundation phase student. I enjoy reading, writing and playing pc games. I am passionate about giving children a joy for learning that I had when I was a child. I believe that one of the best ways to do this is, as a teacher, being passionate about teaching and creating a caring environment where it is okay to make mistakes and give guidance on learning from those mistakes.

I was tutoring a family of three children. The oldest one is in grade 5, and the youngest is in Grade 1. I assisted the oldest in studying and preparing for any class test and exams as well as helping him understand work he was struggling with. I did the same with the 2 youngest, but with them I also helped teach reading and handwriting, as well basic mathematics.
