I am a grade 2 Maths teacher. My duties are to help my learners understand basic maths concepts, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, time and fractions. My favorite part about being a teacher is seeing how my students grow and develop.

BEd - University of Pretoria
I graduated from the University of Pretoria (TUKS) in 2016. After graduating I decided to take a gap year where I went to Australia for a year to take care of a 3 year old little boy and a 7 year old girl. I learnt so much during my experience there and I grew in so many ways. After my year in Australia I came back home where I started my tutoring and teaching career.

I taught maths to grade 2 learners for a year and a half. I came up with simple ways in which my scholars could remember division and multiplication, and these ways managed to work every time. I enjoy teaching maths.

Geography was my favorite subject in school as I found it very interesting. I matriculated with a distinction in geography. I have tutored in this subject before and I managed to make it very fun for my scholar which made it easier for him to understand his work.
