I have a BSc in Mathematics and Physics as well as a BCom Honours in Financial Analysis and Portfolio Management degrees My working experience is over 10 years of experience in fund management industry, particularly in hedge funds. My interest is in Quantitative Finance as I am very good at mathematics. I am also interested in Python programming and its application to machine learning. I have a done the Teaching English as a Foreign Language online course (TEFL) which has sharpened my teaching skills significantly. I enjoy teaching Mathematics (algebra calculus etc.)at both high school and university level. I am also competent in tutoring Physics, Economics, Econometrics, Statistics English and Finance. My extensive working experience has seen me working on the listing of two JSE companies, WeSizwe Platinum and BK-One. I have experience in tutoring from my university days, as well in the training of juniors and interns in the companies I have worked for. I am confident that my working experience can enrich my teaching ability as I understand applications of the abstract content which can help you put perspective to its inclusion to a curriculum I am currently consulting and are able to enjoy flexible hours for tutoring. I am well spoken and comfortable to teach in English, isiZulu, siSwati and isiXhosa.
