EDNA T - Tutor in Brummeria

IYou will most probably consider my age to be the most striking difference between me and other applicants. I am much older than most law graduates. Whilst I acknowledge that this fact may constitute a stumbling block to some, I see it differently. I did not have the opportunity to obtain a tertiary education until I was well into my forties. I worked for 40 years, of which 19 years as a secretary – first to raise two children and put them through university, and thereafter to put myself through university. I now know that the experience, responsibility, maturity and determination to succeed that comes with age, will be of immeasurable value to anybody who employs me. I would be grateful for an opportunity to demonstrate my love for the law, and my willingness to apply the skills that I have learned to help others achieving their goal. My specific interest is to teach Afrikaans students especially the more mature students. My other passion is young the 'slow learners'. I would be grateful for an opportunity to discuss my passion with you in person. Kindly note that I am at present in Pretoria but I am moving to Cape Town in the next two months.
