I am a Metallurgy and Materials Engineering graduate from Witwatersrand University. I also have a project management foundation qualification from UCT. I show passion and ambition in the work I do and I always aim for success. I enjoyed my high school years and I completed by national senior certificate with commendable results where I even obtained a distinction in my favourite subject mathematics. I also excelled in Physical Science, English, Tswana and Afrikaans. My results reserved me a seat in Witwatersrand University where I completed my dream course. I am also involved with mentoring and motivating high school learners in my community. I aim to teach with dedication and enthusiasm. I am excited to start this journey and I know every one I get the pleasure to tutor will have a good chance to obtain outstanding results.

Experience
Metallurgical engineer
I was working with a mechanical team to extend Koeberg power station design life. I was involved in P&ID and plant design drawings analysis. My other role was to work with seniors to analyse failure mechanisms prone to occur on mechanical components and write a report with recommendations of how to avoid the failures from occurring.
Metallurgical Engineer
Conducted failure investigation at Eskom power station. I was working as a site metallurgist. I had to do plant walk downs and conduct laboratory work, write technical report findings in order to assist the power station to avoid metal failures.

BSC Meatllurgy and Material Engineering - Witwatersrand
Metallurgy and Material Engineering is very broad. It includes physical metallurgy, extraction and ore processing, failure investigation, welding engineering and steel making. One of the major courses is process engineering.
