My name is Avanesha Moodley and I am an Advocate. I love Law and have been practicing as an Advocate for sixteen years. I have knowledge of the various fields of Law more particularly Labour, Family Law, Contracts, Criminal Law , Insolvency and general civil litigation. As an Advocate I appear in the High Court regularly. I have a varied practice and am involved in matters such as insolvencies, business rescues, family law, labour law and criminal law. I draft applications, appear in unopposed matters, opposed matters and trials. I love litigation and preparing argument. I draft opinions and consult daily. My day usually starts with me arriving at the office around 7.30am. I prep for court and leave to court around 9.15am. I arrive at the office and after a cup of tea I start my consultations or drafting. I enjoy being busy and reading cases.
