Hi Everyone! My name is Jana and I am here to help. My expertise includes a broad spectrum of languages, writing, dramatic arts, film, education and student support. I am passionate, energetic and love connecting with people. I have two Drama degrees and many years of TV/Film/Theatre experience. I’ve been a Drama teacher/tutor for as long as I can remember and I have around seven years of formal teaching experience in Afrikaans 1st and 2nd language, English 1st language, Speech, Drama, Theatre and Film in South Africa and internationally. Afrikaans is my first language and offering learning support in this area an enormous passion of mine. My experience with Afrikaans as my home language goes far beyond everyday use. I studied Afrikaans at University-level and used it on several platforms during my years of work experience: as a teacher, as a screenwriter and as a speech and drama coach. Drama
Drama, or performance art, has always been a great passion of mine. I have two bachelor degrees in Drama and I've worked in the TV and Film industry for years. I have also written, directed and produced many productions and plays. No matter the question, I am sure to provide an answer and guide you towards whichever goal you've set or want to achieve. I also have 10 years of private Drama tutoring experience and as a Drama teacher in South Korea at an international school, I've produced many successful students who currently study at well-known tertiary institutions abroad.
