My duties were to promote South Africa’s first digital bank and encourage customers to open accounts. In addition, educate customers about our interest rates, meet daily targets (numbers), solve banking issues and enquiries. I also provided my supervisor on duty with administrative support with paperwork, filing and professional telephonic enquiries.
I have experience in volunteering at the S.O.S Children’s home for those children who struggle with English, Social and Natural Sciences. Assisting the children perfect their English abilities, gave them confidence in class participation and reading.
Majors: Political Science, International Relations, Media and Cultural Studies and History. Minors: French, Psychology.
My teaching method includes interactive-based; where it is not merely a top-down approach but a linear one. I also like to include problem-solving. Incorporating an "Inductive method"; where the learner uses concrete examples or instances of a particular concept. Using "Play" is beneficial, especially for children to unlock their understanding and creativity.
