My name is Courtney. I have just completed 4 years of studying a Bsc in Human Life Science with 3 years Psychology as an extra subject, at Stellenbosch University. I will be living in Cape Town this year (2017). I am a hard-working, diligent, caring and compassionate person. I will create a fun, loving, vibrant, physical and healthy environment for your child. My experience with children range from one year olds to seventeen years old. I am very energentic and nurturing. I understand that as children grow, they need attention, reassurance and guidence to encourage and foster their development. I will provide this comfortable atmosphere for your child. I have flexible hours and I am avaiable on weekdays and weekends. I have had my drivers license since 2012 and I am a careful and safe driver with a reliable car.

I completed a Bachelor of Science at Rhodes University, Honours in Microbiology and last year I finished my Masters in Biochemistry. I am extremely passionate about science and teaching and am excited to share my passion by helping students with their school syllabus.

I have qualified with my bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery and I am awaiting placement as an intern as of 1 May. I have always had two passions throughout school and university- becoming a doctor and being a teacher and I have taken every opportunity through all my years of schooling and studying to pass on knowledge. I have always had a keen interest in the sciences and mathematics. Being dux of both primary school and highschool, I did not only put my focus into my acaedemia but rather, I helped those with an interest as keen as mine to get to achieve the marks of their aspirations. I love spending time in the garden. I do puzzles every day to help me exercise my brain and to relax.I am 32 years old, goal driven and very passionate about sharing knowledge. I am a wife and mother (daughter aged 3). I love numbers and I love chemistry, which pushed me to pursue a career in engineering. After spending some time at home with my daughter and nurturing her development, I realised that I need to pursue a career in teaching and will be completing my PGCE this year in Senior and FET phases.

I am a student doing my master in chemical engineering at CPUT. I have a very good understanding of mathematics and science in general. I can tutor math and science subjects both at school and university level. My average in math was 83 % and 75 % overall for my last qualification. I am patient, enthusiastic about my subjects, ready to keep the subject as interesting as possible.

I am a second year student at UCT studying towards a B.Sc majoring in Geology, oceanography and atmospheric science. I have a passion for teaching and intend to go into education either as a lecturer or high school teacher. I am currently a student going into my second year of study at UCT where I am studying Chemical Engineering. I am passionate about working with children and aim to be a positive influence in their lives.
