I am a passionate and enthusiastic person/teacher who loves to help students to engage with the world around them. I have travelled extensively and have gained insight which can help to make the work come to life. I enjoy being outdoors whether it be going for a run on the beach or just a walk around the block.

I am dedicated, hard working and goal oriented. I love sport & fitness and have coached hockey & cross country as well as given general body toning sessions.

I am a qualified Language Practitioner, and I have my own Freelance company. I also have also a Post Graduate Diploma (I studied in the U.K.) in Tourism and Hospitality Management. I have been working as a Language Practitioner since 2000 till currently. I am very good with children and I am passionate about education. I have years of experience (year and abroad) working with Primary School children as a tutor/Au Pair.

I am a kind, eager and patient individual. I am professional; however I have impressive interpersonal skills that would aid in creating a relaxed, positive and effective learning environment. I am encouraging. My focus is to build confidence and to help improve study skills. My name is Renee Joyce Sellidon, happily married and a mother of two beautiful young ladies. My childhood dream was always to become a teacher, but my career took a different turn from Banking to Credit Control etc. In 2008 I became Facilitator at a NPO and discovered that my dream was becoming a reality. I used to facilitate at youth camps and worked many hours with different school groups ages between 7-16. I am passionate about teaching and nurturing young students into becoming what they are best at. With my big family, nieces and nephews always keeps me on my toes to know what the youngsters want. I would be very happy to help every student achieve the best they could be, if given an opportunity.

I have studied IT for 3 years at Falsebay College  in Fish Hoek,  Cape Town.  I enjoy reading murder mysteries,  romance and horror novels.  I love watching the cooking network,  I love food.  I have 2 dogs who I love oodles and oodles.

I am a fun and bubbly person with a vast subject knowledge. I pay special attention to each individual student and their strengths and tailor-make my lessons around their unique ways of learning. By combining my experience in teaching and psychology, I am able to offer a very special teaching experience.
